Cryovac Valve Refurbishing Consists Of The Following:
The depth of the oil grooves are measured and machined to proper depth as needed
The Slip Ring is polished, inspected for wear and machined to clean up as needed
The faces of the steel and bronze plates are machined and lapped to ensure perfect flatness
The bronze plate is removed from the aluminum base and re-glued if necessary
The valve is shrink wrapped and shipped back to you looking and performing like new
Lead time is typically two days
